I have been working in the computer field for more than ten years, and have managed multiple large and small electronic retailers. But I came to the point of realizing that the most important part of any computer service was the people- I fix computers, and I do so for less money and in less time than ANY of the places you could take your computer to, but I don't stop there- I am your full time "computer guy," ready to be there for questions, and help, and doing my best to not just get your business, but your trust. I work hard to put myself out of a job, by helping you to understand what led to needing me, and helping to teach you how to avoid those same issues in the future.
I do all this at prices that I know just aren't being beat anywhere- I charge a low flate rate for pickup service- and I'll pick up the computer from you, and drop it back off at your house when I'm done. I tell you the price before I ever come out based on taking the time to talk to you on the phone about your issue and what it could be. When you work with me, there are no surprise costs, and I make sure I make getting your computer fixed not a stressful thing.
I also offer on site service- when doing on site service, I do charge by the hour, but again at prices that make it worth doing if there is a need to have the computer not leave the home or business.
